If you buy a subscription and it is not for you, email us within 14 daysand we will refund it — provided you have not used a substantial part of that period's credits. Because there is a free plan you can try first, we can usually resolve things before it gets to a refund at all.

• First purchase — a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, as long as you have used less than 20% of that period's credit allowance.
• Renewals — if an automatic renewal caught you out, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided you have not used the new period's credits.
• Mid-period cancellation — cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period ends. We do not pro-rate a partly used period.
• Annual plans — the same 14-day window applies from the date of the annual charge.

One-off credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credits are completely unused. Once credits have been spent on AI generation we have already paid the provider for that work, so spent credits cannot be refunded. Where a pack is partly used, we can refund the unused balance at the price you paid for it.

Storage upgrades are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that, cancelling stops future charges and your extra storage stays available until the end of the paid period. Please bring your usage back under your base quota before the add-on ends, so nothing is removed.

• Credits that have already been spent on AI generation.
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago, unless the law where you live gives you longer.
• Accounts closed for a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
• Charges you have already disputed with your bank or card issuer — we will deal with that through the dispute instead.
• Dissatisfaction with export speed or quality caused by your own hardware, since rendering runs on your machine and you can verify it free before buying.

Separate from the windows above, we will always put things right when the fault is ours — a duplicate charge, a payment taken after you cancelled, credits deducted for a generation that failed, or a paid feature that did not work and we could not fix. Just tell us what happened.

Email fahim@clipmesh.ai from the address on your account and include:

• The email address your Clipmesh account uses.
• What you bought and roughly when.
• The reason for the request — it genuinely helps us improve the product.

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days and to approve or explain our decision within 5 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot redirect them elsewhere. Once we issue a refund it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge; if your bank converted it, the amount you receive can differ slightly because exchange rates move.

When a subscription is refunded, the plan ends immediately and any credits or storage it granted are removed from the account.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. By starting to use the Service straight away you ask us to begin supplying it during that period, which means we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have already used. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
